✨️ Crystal Therapy 101 Guide with Daniela ✨️

Daniela is an FHT qualified Crystal Therapist, a healer and a medium. She will take you through a journey of discovery of your inner Self through the Crystals. You will learn the basics on crystals, crystals history, maintenance and uses, but above all, how to harness the crystals energy and vibrations to help you through your Awakening and Ascension process and how they can facilitate you reconnecting to your Higher Self. You will be taken through a journey with a guided meditation and Crystal sound bath, learn through guided steps how to rebalance your body energy field.

You will be working in small groups to rip the benefits of learning through practice with others and have a Q&A session towards the end. Before the closing of the 3 hours workshop, Daniela will be channelling a message from her own Crystal Skulls spirit entourage.

This workshop will help you delve into your Shadow Self and show you how the healing vibrations of crystals can support you with this process of healing, whether your choice is to do it in a spiritual way, by self-help by reading books, seeing a counsellor and so on.

This workshop will help you raise your vibrations, will give you a boost to carry on with your searching and relearn to Self-Love.

During these 2 hours workshop we will do meditations, crystal healing swaps and rediscover the path to Self-love through Group reflection on some passages from the book “ A return to Love” by Marianne Williams.

The growing research surrounding sound healing suggests that meditative music and sound frequencies can help ease anxiety and reduce pain as well as improve a magnitude of other issues associated with physical and mental health. The Aboriginals in Australia have been known to use sounds for healing 40,000 years ago. The low frequencies have healing effects on both humans and animals.

Come and practice healing sound using yourself simple different instruments which will be provided during the 2 hours workshop. We will start with meditation. Crystals will also be provided for the healing swaps.

Starting on Monday 11th of September, once a month.

This class aims to help you develop your connection to your Higher Consciousness, expand and learn how to trust your intuition. We will start with a meditation connecting to your Higher Heart Chakra and then move on to some exercises to practice in small groups. Teenagers welcome (parents permission is required. I have a full DBS).
